What we are looking for
SAP CRM Pre-Sales Manager…
…that has an inviting personality – if you’re not sure, ask your friends and family. If they say you don’t have a good personality, why are you even looking for a sales role? *based in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.
What you will do
  • First and foremost be a creator and an innovator, every day.
  • Plant and nurture a good relationship with all prospects and clients to drive repeat business and referrals into the future.
  • Travel all over the place, all the time, in and out of Malaysia to own the targets set for you.
  • Properly scope based on meetings with customers and/or through bid submissions to develop appropriate solutions to meet requirements.
  • Develop and document ka-zillions of winning proposals with client specific pricing and value propositions.
What you will need
  • Perhaps SAP CRM experience of 6-7 years specifically working with SAP CRM Service, e-Commerce, Sales & Marketing. 
  • Hybris preferred.
  • However more preferably, experience selling salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics so we know everything we can to one-up these guys all the live long day.
  • But at the end of the day, you need to have an amazing history of selling in the CRM space with a proven track record in the Asian markets and a gigantic network of contacts.   
  • To be an amazing speaker; a motivating force in front of prospects, large audiences, or wherever.  Have a love for being a performer in front of many. 
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field – we’ll decide if its relevant.
  • No fear in dealing with C-level executives. 
  • An ability to think differently and act quickly, and on your own.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).  Because the CEO can’t speak anything else, sorry.
  • Mandarin and/or Bahasa preferred.

What we are looking for

What you will do
  • First and foremost be a creator and an innovator, every day.
  • Live and breathe the importance of business process and data governance, and apply continuous improvement practices to each and every client engagement.
  • Deliver better than you ever have on every project.
  • Plant and nurture a good relationship with clients. 
  • Manage (plan, monitor, and control) multiple projects with a focus on milestones, deliverables, budgets, resources, and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong status reporting and management of expectations.
  • Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
  • Manages a team of resources which may include SAP CRM Functional Consultants and Analysts, ABAP, and SAP CRM developers.
What you will need
  • Experience in standing up SAP CRM as a platform.
  • 3-5 years project and management experience with demonstrated measurable results.
  • 3-5 years of people management responsibility with proven ability to lead.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP ECC, BI, Cloud for Customer, HCI, SharePoint and integrations desirable.
  • Knowledge of onshore and offshore delivery models, including delivery and commercial approach mandatory.
What you will need in addition to SAP expertise.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field – we’ll decide if its relevant.
  • Strong communication skills at all organisational levels.
  • An ability to think differently and act quickly, and on your own.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).  Because the CEO can’t speak anything else, sorry.

What you will do

  • Live and breathe the importance of business process and data governance, and apply continuous improvement practices to each and every client engagement.
  • Deliver better than you ever have on every project.
  • Proactively manage SAP operational support issue resolution, before reacting to clients’ needs.
  • Apply thorough quality assurance in the delivery of any solution.
  • Identify risks and impacts when introducing fixes or changes to an existing SAP solution.
  • Plant and nurture a good relationship with all end users. 
What you will need
  • SAP CRM 7.0 (OnPremise)  and/or Cloud for Customer experience in any of the following modules, where relevant:
    • Marketing, Sales, Service, Interaction Center and/or Web Channel, Retail Execution.
  • Hybris preferred.
  • Hana Cloud Portal is a plus.
  • Hana Cloud Integration (HCI) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end full lifecycle projects armed with 2-4 years of consulting experience.
  • ABAP OO/Web UI Development/BADI’s experience is a plus.
  • C#.Net capability is a plus.
What you will need in addition to SAP expertise.
